Natural Gas Purchasing

CESA 10’s Natural Gas Purchasing Program was created in 1996 at the request of a school district. CESA 10 partnered with a reputable natural gas marketing company to offer locked-in rates. Today, 28 school buildings in 14 districts take advantage of this lucrative service.

Why CESA 10?

The Natural Gas Purchasing Program offers districts a sheltered budget through locked rates. Districts can only join the program during a small window of time, depending on their local utility. CESA 10 holds a periodic event on the history and goals of the program, who is a good candidate, what a natural gas futures contract looks like, and the predicted future of the market.
