In 2010, CESA 10 was approached by numerous schools who all voiced K-12 construction concerns. Through research of industry best practices, we quickly validated the concerns of these schools and set out to provide a solution. CESA 10 Facilities Management has spent the past decade developing customer-protective contracts, comprehensive bid packages, proacitve communication methods, and inclusive safety protocols. Today, we manage over $75M in school construction projects - a testament to our solutions effectiveness.
